How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
- Orders within India are typically delivered in 5–8 working days.
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on product availability or external factors like public holidays or extreme weather.
- Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North East India may take up to 10 working days.
How do I track my order?

We ship using top-tier logistics partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on your area pincode.
What if tracking shows delivered but I haven't received the product?
- This is rare — often the package is received by family, neighbors, flatmates, or delivered to your office mailroom.
- For genuine cases, we will conduct an investigation and issue a full refund within 10 working days.
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, inform us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
- We’ll escalate the issue with our courier partner immediately and work to resolve it.
- Beyond the 48-hour window, it will be difficult to take action, and we cannot be held liable.
