Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange & Return Conditions:

  • All exchanges and returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • If you received the wrong product or there’s a size issue, you may raise an exchange request within 7 days (including the day of delivery).
  • We offer a free exchange for size or incorrect product issues. Reverse pickup is included at no extra cost.
  • If the new product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid online.

Product Condition:

  • Products must have the original sticker/label, be folded properly, and packed well to avoid transit damage.
  • Without original packaging/label, exchanges will not be processed.
  • Used or washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are provided only in genuine cases of defective product delivery.
  • In such cases, email support@theswagclub.com with your order details, issue description, and product photos.
  • If a return is accepted (no defect, correct item delivered), ₹100 will be deducted for reverse pickup cost.
  • Refunds will be made to your original or provided bank account.
  • No refunds for products with slight colour/design variations from images online.
  • Refunds will not be processed if the defect is found to be customer-caused.

Important Notes:

  • Please do not accept visibly damaged packages at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if terms are not met.
  • Only one exchange/return request is allowed per order.
  • Products purchased during sale or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
